This coffee was selected for its incredibly exceptional balance and cup profile. Given the uniqueness and complexity of the honey process, no two honey coffees are alike. This craft process starts with the strict selection of perfectly ripe cherries, once the coffee is depulped the mucilage is left on allowing the natural sugars to enhance the coffees sweetness. The coffee is then dried on beds, allowing it to dry in a slow and even way.

Also known as the aduki bean, feijao, red bean, and red mung bean, the adzuki bean is native to East Asia, where it was likely first cultivated around 3000 BCE. It has a light, nutty flavor, sometimes described as less “beany” than most legumes.
Like most beans, our organic adzuki beans are full of essential nutrients and minerals like protein, folate, manganese, phosphorus, and zinc. Plus, they may also be one of the richest sources of antioxidants in the world. Studies suggest they could contain up to 29 different antioxidants—that’s 29 more reasons to love these beans!
You can use our organic adzuki beans like any other bean in casseroles, soups, and salads. But because they lack the distinctive “beany” flavor of most beans, they’re great in sweet dishes too. 100% Organic flour and extra virgin olive oil. How far does 500g go? Here's a practical breakdown:
One large pizza — A 12–14" (30–35cm) pizza uses roughly 250–300g, so 500g gets you one generously thick large, or one very large thin-crust around 16".
Two medium pizzas — the sweet spot. At ~250g each, you get two solid 10–12" pizzas with a nice crust. This is probably the most practical split.
Three small/personal pizzas — ~165g each gives you three 8" personal pizzas, great for different toppings per person.
