Information We Collect

When you create an account, place an order, or sign up for our mailing list, we collect your name, email address, mobile phone number (only if you opt in to text notifications), delivery address (if you choose delivery), and details about the items you order.

We do not collect or store payment information. All payments happen off-platform via Venmo, PayPal, cash, or check.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to fulfill and manage your orders, send order and account notifications (order confirmations, pickup and delivery alerts, payment reminders), and calculate delivery fees based on distance from our kitchen. When you create an account or sign up on our site, we also add you to our email mailing list to send our weekly fresh sheet and updates about what's available — you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. We never use your information for anything beyond running this bakery.

SMS Text Messaging Program ("Bread Alert!")

If you provide a mobile phone number and opt in, you'll receive recurring text messages as part of our Bread Alert! program — including order confirmations, pickup-ready notifications, delivery updates, and occasional Hot Drop alerts about limited, one-off releases outside our regular weekly schedule. Up to 12 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is never required to place an order or use our services.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent — that information is never shared with any third party, for any purpose.

Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share information with service providers who help us run this business (e.g. our email and hosting providers) under agreements that protect your data, or when required by law.

Cookies

Our site uses basic cookies to keep you signed in and remember your cart. We don't use third-party advertising trackers.
