Short List Provisions — Effective Date: April 5, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the websites shortlistprovisions.com and orders.shortlistprovisions.com, placing an order, or signing up to receive communications from Short List Provisions (“SLP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our websites or services.

2. Our Services

Short List Provisions is a bakery located on Vashon Island, Washington. We offer baked goods and provisions for local pickup and delivery (delivery available for a tip at our discretion). We do not ship products.

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders if items are unavailable, with notice to the customer.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders may be placed through our online ordering system at orders.shortlistprovisions.com. Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase; orders are confirmed at our discretion.

Payment is accepted via cash, check, Venmo, or PayPal. We do not process credit or debit card payments directly through our websites. Payments made through Venmo or PayPal are subject to those platforms’ own terms of service.

All sales are final unless there is an error on our part. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us promptly so we can make it right.

4. Delivery

Local delivery is available on Vashon Island at our discretion. Delivery is offered for a tip; no set delivery fee is charged. Delivery availability, timing, and area are subject to change without notice. Pickup remains available as an alternative. More ordering details here.

5. SMS Text Messaging Program (Bread Alert!)

By providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive text messages, you are enrolling in the Short List Provisions “Bread Alert!” SMS notification program.

Program description: Short List Provisions sends recurring text messages to opted-in subscribers regarding order status, pickup notifications, and bakery offerings. Message frequency varies based on order activity and announcements.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one final confirmation and will receive no further messages.

Short List Provisions will not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Limitation of Liability

Short List Provisions provides its services and websites on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, websites, or communications.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
